As Principal on the Blue Ocean team at SWEN Capital Partners, Clémence identifies and supports innovative companies that deliver strong financial returns while driving systemic impact on ocean health. Through in-depth analysis and close engagement with business owners, she helps invest in solutions that contribute to a more sustainable and regenerative economy.

She started her career in O&G where she spent four years, before deciding to pivot towards cleantech and startups. After earning her MBA from INSEAD in 2016, she joined a London-based cleantech startup tackling food waste in commercial kitchens. Over six years, she built and led their Data & Analytics team.

Now, with her expertise in data, technology, and sustainable investment, Clémence plays a key role in shaping the future of blue economy solutions.
