Preeti leads Deloitte’s Sustainable Systems Initiative, which aims to catalyze systems change for climate action through marketplace activations with leading players across various value chains. Under her leadership, the initiative works with corporations, governments, industry consortia, academia, and NGOs to actively shape collective action and accelerate the transition to a more sustainable and equitable future. With more than 15 years in consulting, Preeti has worked closely with executive teams of global organizations in successfully leading various transformations to address disruptive change across multiple markets, sectors, and geographies.
Prior to assuming her current role, Preeti has been instrumental in shaping, building and leading various teams including the US consulting strategy office and Deloitte Digital Ventures GmbH. She has experience working with multiple cultures and has held positions in the US, Europe, and Asia. Preeti has authored several research studies and publications including Thinking big in corporate climate action, Systems transformation for a sustainable future and is a frequent speaker at conferences and summits, including Global Green Inclusive Innovation (G2i2) Summit, United Nations (UN), NRF, and Shoptalk. Prior to joining Deloitte, Preeti was a leader at Infosys where, inter alia, she co-founded the Infosys Pro-Bono Practice. Preeti lives in New York City where she enjoys playing tennis, hiking, yoga and practicing meditation.
